1. Key collection available from 3pm on day of arrival
2. Departure on final day to be no later than 11.00am as cleaning may commence at this time.
3. Free cancellations may be made 24 hours from initial reservation unless there is less than one month before commencement of your stay. A non-refundable reservation fee of 20% to be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid no later than four weeks before commencement of occupation, after which no refund will be made.

5. I understand that if credit card payment method is used, the balance will be debited from the card details supplied, four weeks before commencement of occupation.
6. Refundable deposit of £100 for damage/breakage or breach of these conditions is required at time of balance payment and debited from credit card payments.
7. Refund of security deposit will be within 7 days of departure unless notified otherwise.
8. The apartment is to be left in a clean condition. Any excessive cleaning required or washing up, will be re-charged and deducted from the security deposit.
9. Parking is to be in accordance with local instructions given. Parking will be at owner's own risk. Consideration to be given to other residents within the building or area.
10. All refuse to be removed from the property before departure and placed in the correct refuse bins in suitable bags.
11. Customers are advised to obtain holiday insurance covering injury, loss & damage to personal property, as no such insurance is included in this agreement.
12. Customers to note that Websterland Apartments are situated within the same development and offer the same specification. Therefore StreetsAhead reserve the right to change the apartment allocation prior to the start date, due to operational reasons, and will notify the customer should any change be made from the details contained within the booking confirmation letter. The customer will not suffer any material change of location, size or specification from what was initially booked. |
