Terms and Conditions
1. Key collection & occupation on day of arrival is strictly by appointment between the hours of 2.00pm -5.30pm Mon-Sat. Key collection on Sunday or between 6.00pm- 10.00pm Mon to Fri available for an additional £60.00 late arrival charge. The key holder will only wait at the property for 30 minutes after the specified arrival time. Re-attendance after this time will incur an extra charge of £30.00 or £60.00 if after 6.00pm.
2. If you are delayed and contact us one hour before your specified arrival time, no charge will be applied except if delayed beyond 6.00pm. Upon commencement of stay, a £5.00 per week utility credit will be given each for Electricity and Gas (where applicable) at the property. Any energy used in addition to this credit will be charged and deducted from the security deposit.
3. Departure on final day to be no later than 10.00am as cleaning may commence at this time.
4. Free cancellations may be made 24 hours from initial reservation unless there is less than one month before commencement of your stay.
5. A non-refundable reservation fee of 20% to be made at the time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid no later than four weeks before commencement of occupation, after which no refund will be made unless StreetsAhead Cancellation Insurance has been selected at time of booking.
6. I understand that if credit card payment method is used, the balance will be debited from the card details supplied, four weeks before commencement of occupation.
7. Refundable deposit of £50 for damage/breakage’s or breach of these conditions is required at time of balance payment and debited from credit card payments. Refund of security deposit will be within 7 days of departure unless notified otherwise. The apartment is to be left in a clean condition. Any excessive cleaning required or washing up, will be re-charged and deducted from the security deposit. If applicable, telephone charges and energy costs incurred will be deducted from this security deposit prior to refund.
8. Parking is to be in accordance with local instructions given. Parking will be at owner’s own risk. Consideration to be given to other residents within the building or area.
9. All refuse to be removed from the property before departure and placed in the correct refuse bins in suitable bags.
10. Customers are advised to obtain holiday insurance covering injury, loss & damage to personal property, as no such insurance is included in this agreement.
11. No smoking allowed within any of our properties.
Privacy Policy (Mailing List)
1. Streets Ahead will not pass your details to any third party organisation.
2. Streets Ahead will only use your details for our own news, special offers and marketing distributions.
3. By submitting your details, you consent to Streets Ahead using your details in this way.
