Opening in Summer 2008 this new city centre self catering apartment has two bedrooms (one ensuite) and is in a quiet residential area, yet only minutes walk to the stunning Merchant City area of Glasgow where you will find authentic Glasgow architecture, and some of the best shops, bars and restaurants Glasgow has to offer.
Sleeping up to 6 people, the apartment features integrated kitchen appliances, cable TV, broadband internet access and a private secure underground parking space.
The building is situated next to St Andrews Square which has been completely restored with period buildings and restored church offering bar/coffee shop and classical concerts.
The apartment is securely situated on the 2nd floor and a lift serves all levels making this apartment suitable for people with mobility restrictions.
A small balcony from the lounge affords a view of the church and the square, making this apartment outstanding for a perfect city break with authenticity and modern facilities in equal measures.
The Rooms
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan kitchen/dinning/lounge living space and balcony with views of St Andrews Square.
There are two bedrooms (one ensuite) and separate bathroom/wc. The kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven hob and microwave. A washer dryer is also installed in a separate cupboard.
The rooms are allocated as follows:
:: Bedroom 1 ensuite shower/wc with double bed, portable TV/DVD player, drawers and wardrobe.
:: Bedroom 2 twin single beds, drawers and wardrobe.
:: Lounge; two sofas, one being a double sofa bed, dinning table and chairs. TV, DVD player, cable TV channels, Broadband Internet access, telephone for local calls, CD/Radio player.
:: Towels and bedding is supplied. A Travel Cot and High Chair are available and a utility credit provided.
Secure allocated underground parking in the basement for one normal sized vehicle is included.
Latest Prices
High Season
(June, July, August, Christmas, Easter and Half Term holidays)
1. £625 per week (up to 4 persons over 2 years old)
2. £120 per night (minimum of two nights)
3. Extra persons over 2 years old @ £10 per person, per night

Apartment Extras
1. Key collection between 6-10pm £60.00 (Mon-Sat).
2. Sunday Key collection between 2-5.30pm £60.00.
3. Travel cot £5.00 for duration of stay.
4. High Chair £5.00 for duration of stay.
5. Weekly cleaning service £45.00.
6. Daily maid service £20.00.
7. Cleaning surcharge for two night bookings £45.00.
8. Satalite Navigation hire £25.00 per week (£100 security deposit.)
9. Pay as you Go mobile phone hire £10.00 per week (£100 security deposit)
10. Cancellation Insurance 10% of booking (minimum of £45)
£10.00 Utilities credit given upon commencement of stay (£5 for gas and £5 for electricity). Additional use charged and deducted from deposit.
