Just opened in summer 2007 this ground floor self catering city apartment contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms and will sleep up to 6 people.
The development is a few minutes walk into Glasgow city centre and situated next to the river Clyde in a quiet residential area with riverside walks. The apartment, benefits from off road parking, fully equipped kitchen, Sky TV and Wireless Broadband Internet included at no extra cost. Being on the ground floor the apartment has the added benefit of patio doors in the lounge opening onto maintained gardens.
Numerous bars and restaurants including Frankie & Benny’s, Harry Ramsdens, Burger King , Chiquita’s , Nanado’s, Brewers Fayre with children’s soft play and Odeon Multi Screen Cinema are all next to the development, making it easy to forget about the cooking or driving.
Should you wish to wish to explore the stunning countryside or take a day trip to Edinburgh then junction 20 of the M8 is 1 minute away and Glasgow Central and Queens Street train stations are close by in the city centre.
The apartment is ideally suited for business users and families alike, and offers all the benefits of Glasgow City on your doorstep, but where you can escape the hustle and bustle and the end of the day (or night) and ensure a good nights sleep.
The Rooms
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and features all the luxuries you would want making this it truly home form home.
It comprises of two bedrooms, ensuite and main bathroom, lounge and kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher and washer/dryer. Wireless Broadband, telephone for local calls and SKY TV are included at no extra charge.
The rooms are allocated as follows:
:: Bedroom 1 Double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower/wc.
:: Bedroom 2 Two single beds, wardrobe.
:: Lounge Double sofa bed, 2 seater sofa , dinning table and six chairs. TV, DVD player, telephone for local calls.
:: Towels and Bedding supplied. A travel cot and high chair are available for a small extra charge, and a utility credit is given for all rentals.

High Season

1. £625 per week (up to 4 persons over 2 years old)
2. £120 per night (minimum of two nights)
3. Extra persons over 2 years old @ £10 per person, per night

Apartment Extras
1. Key collection between 6-10pm £60.00 (Mon-Sat).
2. Sunday Key collection between 2-5.30pm £60.00.
3. Travel cot £5.00 for duration of stay.
4. High Chair £5.00 for duration of stay.
5. Weekly cleaning service £45.00.
6. Daily maid service £20.00.
7. Cleaning surcharge for two night bookings £45.00.
8. Satalite Navigation hire £25.00 per week (£100 security deposit.)
9. Pay as you Go mobile phone hire £10.00 per week (£100 security deposit)
10. Cancellation Insurance 10% of booking (minimum of £45)
£10.00 Utilities credit given upon commencement of stay (£5 for gas and £5 for electricity). Additional use charged and deducted from deposit.
