Junction 19 & 20 of the M8 are both very close to the apartment.

Central Station is 5 minutes walk, but we would advise you hop into a taxi if arriving by train until you get your bearings. Likewise Queen Street and Argyle Street Stations are close by, and a very short taxi journey away.

Buchannan Bus Station is located in the city centre and a short taxi ride away.

Glasgow Airport is around 15-20 minutes drive away (depending on time of day). A regular bus service picks up from various points in the city centre, and provides an affordable alternative to a taxi if you are a small group(£5 each approx for a return ticket). You can also avoid the sometimes, large taxi queues upon arrival at the airport if you take the bus to the city centre. We would advise groups of three or more to take a taxi as the cost saving by bus becomes less.

Prestwick Airport is 45 minutes drive away, via the M77 & M8, or a 50 minute train journey direct to Central Station.

Edinburgh will take around 50 minutes to drive via the M8 (avoiding peak times), or on the train from Queen Street Station.

Lock Lomond National Park Visitor Centre can be reached in 45 minutes by car or train from Queen Street to Balloch.
