Forming part of a new development contained within an enclosed residential courtyard area, they ensure a safe and quiet escape from the city, and also benefit from private allocated parking accessed via a private barrier.

Local amenities including supermarkets opening 7 days a week, are within a few minutes walk from the development, and the nearby main bus routes make it easy to get into the city quickly and cheaply without needing to take the car.

Should you wish to venture a little further, then junction 15 of the M8 motorway is very close, making trips East to Edinburgh, or West to Loch Lomond National Park easily manageable.
