Available for nightly or weekly rental.

The Icon Building is a recent development comprising of luxury flats. A lift serves all floors and there are no steps to climb to enter the apartment. Located on the third floor, the apartment faces the river and affords 180' views. The heating is controlled by gas central heating with thermostatic radiators in all rooms. All kitchen appliances are integrated. The private balcony is accessed through patio doors from the lounge. A secure communal door to the street has videophone entry. Parking is available next to the apartment. On-street parking is metered between 08.00 am and 6.00 pm after which time it is free.
