Streets Ahead Self Catering is a family run organisation with a clear understanding of what our customers require. We have been providing self catering accommodation since spring 2003, and feedback from those who stay with us has been excellent. The company is rapidly expanding in this area and adding more properties to its name.

The initial start up was through personal experiences of travelling with young children to visit relatives, and not being able to find alternative accommodation to Hotels or B&B's. We soon realised that we needed larger accommodation but at a price to remain viable.

We also found that there were plenty of self catering providers in the more traditional tourist areas but these were located outside of city and town centres and not what we were looking for. The locations of our properties have been carefully selected to provide a base from which to explore the wide ranging tourist attractions that our towns and cities have to offer (which is often overlooked). They are also within easy reach of the more traditional tourist areas, giving a perfect mix for an enjoyable holiday or short break.

We have also found that many business users have preferred self catering accommodation for the extra benefits it provides, and have taken many bookings from persons working short term in the area, attending conferences or relocating.

We work in partnership with the relevant Local and National Tourist Boards, and our properties are inspected and graded independently by them. We also belong to associate organisations where appropriate such as the ASSC.
