1. £1389 per week (up to 4 persons over 2 years old)

2. £199 per night (minimum of two nights excl cleaning surcharge)

3. Extra persons over 2 years old @ £49 per person, per night
- (maximum of six guests over 2 years)

Low Season (all other times)
1. £999 per week (up to 4 persons over 2 years old)

2. £149 per night (minimum two nights)

3. Extra persons over two years old @£34 per person, per night.

Longer Lets (minimum of 4 weeks)
High Season £1200 per week

Low Season £899 per week

Extras
1. Weekly cleaning service £45.00

2. Cleaning surcharge for two night bookings £60.00

3. Key collection between 6-10pm £60.00 (Mon-Sat)

4. Sunday Key collection between 2-5.30pm £60.00.
